I have taken the friendly criticism from the folks at blogged.com about trying to post more frequently to heart, so I’m embarrassed to see how long it’s been since I last posted.

Even though I think the Army’s “no excuse, sir” approach is really the best way to go, I really do have a good excuse for not updating my site. I’ve been putting the finishing touches on my 2nd edition of Discovering Biological Psychology. Actually, I very much enjoyed the process–not exactly light summer reading, but I love this stuff. We came up with a really exciting cover, too, but I can’t show that right now, sorry!

Here is my new site for the first edition on the Cengage website. Houghton Mifflin Higher Ed has now made the transition to Cengage.

As soon as I know our official pub date, I’ll let you know.

What will I be doing with all my spare (ha ha) time now? Well, my editor says that I will be doing a bunch of work on the intro psych text project, but until that shows up, I’m going to be reading John Cacioppo’s new loneliness book.
