We used to buy our children Peeps at Easter, although I never could quite figure out why. Karen had an unopened box for quite a number of years before we finally convinced her to toss it. I’m not sure if anyone actually eats these, but some creative science types have posted a marvelous website showing what happens to Peeps that are placed in liquid nitrogen, melted in an autoclave, dunked in water, and exposed to all manner of experimentation….not a site for the squeamish!

A new entry in this year’s what to do with Peeps contest was submitted by three Metro employees….not Oscar-worthy, but anything with Peeps seems rather entertaining!

This post isn’t exactly psychology, although someone might consider doing research into why people continue to find Peeps so fascinating. To you and yours, a very Happy Easter!
